You will receive detailed arrival information on our rest days, Wednesday and Thursday, by e-mail before your arrival.

Breakfast is also on the day of rest.

During your stay we offer half-board for the whole week (except on the day of rest). From friday to sunday, full board is possible. Price on request.

Cancellation policy:
Once our guests have confirmed their room reservation, we will hold a room for them. In the event of cancellation, a last-minute change, or early departure, we reserve the right to pass on the loss of earnings incurred to you.

Free cancellation of the reservation up to 2 days before arrival. After that, 100% of the total price will be charged in case of cancellation.

Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are unfortunately not allowed to stay with us.

* The KONUS guest card is included in the visitor’s tax (free use of public transport for Black Forest vacationers). You can use it to travel free of charge on all buses and trains (except IC and ICE trains) in the southern Black Forest during your stay. The KONUS guest card will be handed to you at check-in.
